For optimal planning and availability, we recommend contacting us at least 3-6 months before your intended travel date, especially if you're planning to visit during the peak summer season (June-August) or during holidays. However, we can also assist with last-minute arrangements when possible.
While we specialize in fully customized travel planning, we do offer a selection of curated itineraries that can serve as starting points. These can be modified to suit your preferences, or we can create a completely bespoke experience from scratch based on your interests, timeframe, and budget.
Our planning fees are non-refundable, but we offer flexible policies for the travel components we book. Cancellation terms vary depending on the suppliers (hotels, tours, etc.) and how far in advance you cancel. We'll clearly outline all cancellation policies for each element of your trip during the booking process, and we recommend travel insurance for added protection.
We primarily focus on travel arrangements within the UK, but we can provide guidance on international flights and assist with booking if requested. For many clients, we coordinate our services to align with their independently booked international travel arrangements.
We typically require a planning deposit to begin the detailed itinerary creation process. Once your itinerary is finalized, we usually require a 25-50% deposit to secure bookings, with the balance due 60 days before travel. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and can accommodate other arrangements for your convenience.
